If Approved with the below wording

- If the DCA Portal does not already have an account in EKM, create one. Make sure the technical contact information is recorded correctly in the portal.


Resolution: 

  • Confirm the account is in EKM 

  • If not create the account 

  • Update the technical contact info  

  • If the account is already in EKM and the contact provided is not on the account but one is 

    • Add the contact info in the customer details field 


If Rejected with the below wording


Resolution

- Confirm the account is in EKM

- If not create the account

- Move the account/created account to the rejected group
