Resolution:
To run the usage report
Log into EKM
Select reports on the left
Select usage
Under customer, type the customer name in the filter field
Select the customer
Select the monitor
Under report period, select the date range
Under device filter select monitor status and click add
Select run report
Select save as xlsx
Confirm the monitor is back online and the device is reporting
Then send an email to the client with the report
