Resolution:
Email the client and ask for the email address they want to use to login
Log into E-Auto
Select people at the top of the screen
Select contacts
In the quick search filter, select email
Search for the email provided
Double-click on the account
Confirm "active" and "e-info enable" are selected
Confirm the five asterisks are in web password
If no asterisk is in the web password
Put a password in the field
Send to client
