Resolution: 

  • Email the client and ask for the email address they want to use to login  

  • Log into E-Auto 

  • Select people at the top of the screen 


  • Select contacts 

  • In the quick search filter, select email 


  • Search for the email provided 

  • Double-click on the account  

  • Confirm "active" and "e-info enable" are selected 


  • Confirm the five asterisks are in web password 


  • If no asterisk is in the web password 

  • Put a password in the field  

  • Send to client
