Email the client and let them know you are the person they need to speak with and confirm the other location info
Address
Contact (email, phone number)
Once you have the info needed
Create a new monitor under the requested account
Naming convention for multiple monitor is as follows cj_test_-_cityname
Email client, let them know the monitor is created and ask if they any assistance with the installation
